PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treatment furnace configured to prevent an inert gas for a gas curtain from entering a space for a debinding process or a space for firing a green ceramic molded body.SOLUTION: A treatment furnace has a continuous first treatment space 11 and a second treatment space 12, and a first blowout port 14 and a first suction port 15 of a gas curtain which is arranged on opposite furnace inner walls and between the first treatment space 11 and the second treatment space 12. The first suction port 15 is shifted in a flow direction of atmospheric gas in the second treatment space 12 rather than a position opposite the first blowout port 14. The inert gas for the gas curtain is prevented from entering the first treatment space. |
