摘要 The invention relates to a method for preparing a defined starting process of a motor vehicle that can be selected by the driver, comprising a starting element arranged between an engine and a transmission, wherein the speed or the torque of the engine is set to a prescribed value by means of an electronic control unit when the maximum output is requested by the driver and when the defined starting process is selected, wherein the specified value is automatically determined by the electronic control unit depending on a determined friction coefficient, by means of which at least one relative statement about the anticipated transferable drive torque for the acceleration process can be made, such that the maximum possible drive torque for the best possible acceleration is obtained with this specified value for the starting and acceleration process following the preparation. According to the invention, the friction coefficient is determined depending on a status variable determined in a previously defined starting process, said status variable influencing the drive torque to be adjusted.
