PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle operation plan making device capable of efficiently making an operation plan for a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle operation plan making device includes a first setting means, a first making means, a second setting means, a second making means, and a third making means. The first setting means sets inspection constraining conditions as constraints for inspecting a vehicle. The first making means makes an inspection plan for the vehicle depending on the inspection constraining conditions set by the first setting means. The second setting means sets cleaning constraining conditions as constraints for cleaning the vehicle. The second making means makes a cleaning plan for which the cleaning constraining conditions set by the second setting means are applied to the inspection plan made by the first making means. A third setting means sets operation constraining conditions as constrains for operating the vehicle. The third making means makes an operation plan 143 for which the operation constraining conditions set by the third setting means are applied to the cleaning plan made by the second making means. |
