PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blend of coffee and Amazake (a sweet drink made from fermented rice or sake lees) similar to a luxury drink of a blend of coffee and milk, as a health promotion drink not prohibited from drinking in efficacy of drug administration like milk or coffee milk.SOLUTION: Luxury coffee Amazake is provided as a health promotion drink without impairing efficacy of drug administration with an Amazake film like a milk film and a coffee film by adopting Amazake instead of milk in view of a cause in a milk film on a tube wall in the esophagus created by milk or coffee milk. |
