PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a repair method for a floor surface, which can shorten a construction period or which enables construction to be performed even by a person except a skilled plasterer, a repair method for a toilet, and a construction tool.SOLUTION: A repair method for a floor surface is characterized as follows: a recess is formed on a floor surface; a construction tool comprising a height adjusting part and a mortar leveling guide is installed on the bottom surface of the recess; the height of the mortar leveling guide is adjusted by the height adjusting part; mortar is laid in the recess up to a position higher than a top surface of the mortar leveling guide; and a ruler is slid along the mortar leveling guide of the construction tool so that a surface of the mortar can be smoothly constructed.
