PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent degradation of performance of a storage device when plural storing sections having different performance are included.SOLUTION: A connection device 3 connects plural storing sections 4 to a control section 2 by establishing a connection to the storing sections 4 and making an access responding to a connection request issued from each of the plural storing sections 4. The connection device 3 includes: a connection request transmission control section 31a that transmits a connection request, which is selected based on priority information representing the priority relevant to the connection in the received plural connection requests, to the control section 2; and an alteration section 31b that continuously receives the connection request from a storing section 4 in the plural storing sections 4 and alters the priority information contained in the connection request received from the storing section 4 to have a priority higher than that of the priority information contained in a connection requests received from the other storing sections 4 while a predetermined condition is satisfied.
