PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism capable of reliably maintaining the fully closed state of a barrier blade, while miniaturizing a lens barrel.SOLUTION: In the lens barrel, when closing the barrier blade, first, an inclined cam surface 61a1 whose inclination angle is small of a barrier drive ring 61 slides to the side of an inclined cam surface 49a2 along an inclined cam surface 49a1 of a straight advance barrel 49, to rotate the barrier drive ring 61 and then, an inclined cam surface 61a2 whose inclination angle is large of the barrier drive ring 61 slides along an inclined cam surface 49a2 of the straight advance barrel 49, to rotate the barrier drive ring 61, until the inclined cam surface 61a2 and the inclined cam surface 49a2 are made into an engaged state shown by the figure 6(b) and to stop the barrier drive ring 61. At this time, the barrier blade 60 is made into the fully closed state. |
