PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medium conveyance device which can prevent the floating of the end of a medium as a reference for conveyance, and a liquid injection device.SOLUTION: In a conveyance part which conveys the medium M along a reference line L in the width direction set on a conveyance route while aligning the end of the medium M to the reference line, a configuration is employed that the conveyance part has a plurality of suction holes 60 formed in the conveyance route in which the plurality of suction holes 60 have, in the conveyance route, the larger number of the suction holes 60 at one end side in the width direction with the reference line L set as compared with the number of the suction holes 60 at the other end side in the width direction with the reference line L not set. |
