PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system capable of shortening the time until an image forming apparatus with user authentication becomes operable.SOLUTION: When accepting a login operation to an image forming apparatus, the image processing system performs user authentication using authentication information input by the login operation (S21); when the user authentication is successful, an operation screen is displayed on the image forming apparatus (S12). Then, use authority of the authenticated user on a plurality of functions provided in the image forming apparatus is determined in prescribed order (S23); when accepting an execution command on the operation screen, if it is determined that the authenticated user has the use authority of a function the execution of which is commanded, the commanded function is executed (S13). |
