PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a table having a mechanism capable of moving a modesty panel with a simple structure in the up-and-down direction.SOLUTION: A table includes: a top plate 2 capable of being raised and reclined; and a modesty panel 20 disposed under a part opposite to the seating side of the top plate 2. The distance between a top plate side end part of the modesty panel 20 and the rear face 2a of the top plate 2 can be changed, and the top plate side end part of the modesty panel 20 is urged to the top plate 2 direction by an urging means 10. |
