PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission device, a display device, and a display system capable of providing an operator, who remotely controls a travel body, with an imaged image of the ambient environment of the travel body with a small amount of transmission data, without complicating the device constitution on the operator side.SOLUTION: A transmission device 100 comprises: an imaging unit 110 for imaging an ambient environment; a measurement unit 120 for measuring three-dimensional information of the ambient environment; an extraction unit 140 for extracting a position at a predetermined height or higher in the ambient environment on the basis of the three-dimensional information; a cut out unit 150 for cutting out the image of the position extracted by the extraction unit 140, from an image imaged by the imaging unit 110; and a transmission unit 160 which transmits the image cut out by the cut out unit 150 and difference information of the three-dimensional information. |
