PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel pump device of vehicle engine which imparts higher lubricity to the fuel pump device and improves accuracy of valve timing while suppressing that an engine gets larger in the fuel pump device of a vehicle engine.SOLUTION: In a fuel pump device 46 of a vehicle engine 1, a housing is composed of a sensor housing 48 and a pump housing 51, a sensor housing attachment part is formed on an other edge outer circumferential wall 33 which is vertically disposed on the camshaft axial direction other edge side of an outer circumferential wall of a cylinder head 3, a pump cam is arranged between a cam cap 20 which comes closest to the sensor housing attachment part among a plurality of cam caps and the sensor housing attachment part, and the pump housing 51 is fastened to the outer circumferential wall arranged to surround an area between the cam cap 20 which comes closest, of an outer circumferential wall of the cylinder head 3 and the sensor housing attachment part. |
