PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide measures to cope with power saving, in which the surface of a slat of a blind is treated and coated by a coating material so as to obtain better adhesion thereof and better anti-corrosiveness of the slat than when directly coating the slat with the coating material, rise of temperature of a blind is suppressed and intrusion of heat quantity into an indoor is significantly reduced by reflecting more sunlight, thereby significantly reducing cooling burden and contributing to energy conservation, and furthermore a rich color variation is obtained.SOLUTION: A chemical conversion coating 6 is generated on the surface of a slat 2 of a blind, the chemical conversion coating 6 is applied with a primer coating paint 7 in which white pigment is dispersed for under coating, and the primer coating paint is applied with a finish coating paint 8 in which pigment having high solar reflectance is dispersed for top coating. |
