PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electromagnetic steel plate capable of improving DC superposition characteristics of a core excited by high frequency.SOLUTION: This electromagnetic steel plate has a component composition comprising C: less than 0.010 mass%, and Si: 1.5 to 10 mass%, with the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, and has a structure in which the main orientation in the texture of the steel plate is <111>//ND and the random intensity ratio in the main orientation is at least 5, preferably the random intensity ratio in the {111}<112> orientation is at least 10, and more preferably the random intensity ratio in the {310}<001> orientation is not higher than 3, and furthermore preferably has a concentration gradient in which Si concentration is higher in its surface layer side and is lower in the central part in the plate thickness direction, and the highest value of the Si concentration is at least 5.5 mass% and the difference of the highest value and the lowest value is at least 0.5 mass%. |
