PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspended ceiling structure capable of preventing damage or fall-off of a ceiling material (ceiling panel) upon an earthquake and having an excellent seismic performance while securing workability and economical efficiency.SOLUTION: A suspended ceiling structure B comprises: a ceiling joist receiver 2 suspended and supported in an upper structure 3 via suspension members 4; ceiling joists 1 attached to the ceiling joist receiver 2; and a ceiling material 6 attached to the ceiling joists 1 to form a ceiling part 5. An impact absorption material 15 is interposed between an end part 5a of the ceiling part 5 and a building structure component 8 disposed in lateral directions T1, T2 of the end part 5a of the ceiling part 5. |
