PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanging unit which surely leads drains generated in heat exchangers to a prescribed discharge passage, and can reduce manufacturing/assembling costs, and an air conditioner.SOLUTION: A heat exchanging unit 45 comprises a first heat exchanger 32 which vertically extends, and a second heat exchanger 33 which vertically extends while opposing the first heat exchanger 32, and is arranged so that its lower end may be located at an upper part rather than the lower end of the first heat exchanger 32. The heat exchanging unit also comprises a drain guide 36 for receiving a drain from the second heat exchanger 33. The drain guide 36 has a drain receiving part 37 arranged at the lower part of the second heat exchanger 33 and a fixed part 38 fixed to the first heat exchanger 32 or the second heat exchanger 33, and is arranged so as to be capable of transmitting the drain received by the drain receiving part 37 to the first heat exchanger 32. |
