PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite substrate in which second substrates can be accurately mounted on a first substrate without the need to excessively enlarge the first substrate, and a method for manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A composite substrate 10 includes a first substrate 20, second substrates 30 mounted on a main surface 20s of the first substrate 20, and first marks 28 formed in that portions of the first substrate 20 which are covered with the second substrates 30. The second substrates 30 are transparent or translucent. The first marks 28 are optically recognized through the second substrates 30. |
