PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving support device which makes it possible to recognize that a vehicle is in such a dangerous state that the vehicle performs sudden acceleration exceeding acceleration corresponding to an accelerator opening.SOLUTION: A driving support device determines by a vehicle state determination means P3 that a vehicle is in a dangerous state when an area of vehicle state determination map information stored in a map information storage means D1 and specified by acceleration detected by an acceleration detection means P1 and an accelerator position detected by an accelerator opening detection means P2 is an area defined by a high acceleration range and a low accelerator opening range. A vehicle state display means P4 displays information corresponding to the vehicle state determined by the vehicle state determination means P3. |
