PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect a cooking container and a temperature at the bottom of the cooking container without being affected by a spilled boiled soup or grease when a gas cooking stove is used.SOLUTION: When a cooking container is placed on a trivet, a spring length of a coil spring 120 for biasing a thermosensitive head changes. A change in the spring length is detected using electromagnetic phenomena. The spring coil changes along with the cooking container which is placed/removed on/from the trivet, thereby detecting the cooking container on the trivet. Electrical connection with a lead wire 140 is only required for detection by the electromagnetic phenomena. Thus, the cooking container and a temperature at the bottom of the cooking container can be detected even when the lead wire is hard to move in a support pipe due to a spilled boiled soup or grease when a gas cooking stove is used. |
