PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a direction changing device of an amphibious vehicle in which a turning radius is small while being excellent in responsiveness.SOLUTION: A direction changing device of an amphibious vehicle which makes an amphibious vehicle 10 turn on water includes: two propellers 21 and 22 disposed at the right and left of a rear of a vehicle body 11; two flaps disposed at both sides of a side face of the vehicle body 11; and a driving mechanism for changing a disposed position of the flap. When the vehicle body 11 is abruptly turned, a propulsive force of one side of the right and left propellers 21 and 21 is made large while the propulsive force of the other side is made small. Moreover, by using the driving mechanism, the flap of the other side is disposed so as to become vertical with respect to a side face of the vehicle body 11, and vertical with respect to the ground. |
