Provided in embodiments of the present invention are a method and device for transmitting/receiving data. The method for transmitting data comprises: packaging one or multiple media access control protocol data units (MPDU) as a group media access control protocol data unit (G-MPDU) on the basis of the length of the G-MPDU; when the remaining length is insufficient for packaging a current MPDU, fragmenting the current MPDU on the basis of the remaining length to acquire a fragmented MPDU; packaging the fragmented MPDU into the G-MPDU; and transmitting the packaged G-MPDU. The method not only ensures an increased data transmission rate and does not waste excess time to execute the fragmentation processing, but also ensures an increased resource utilization rate, utilizes fully the remaining length, and does not cause a waste of resources.
