The invention relates to a motor vehicle having a driver assistance device and to a method for operating a motor vehicle. The motor vehicle according to the invention has a driver assistance device which is designed to guide the motor vehicle in an automated manner during travel and which can be switched between a plurality of assistance modes. The motor vehicle further comprises a first, a second and a third control device (12, 14, 16), which differ in the control actions to be carried out for their operation. In the driver assistance device, at least one independent lateral guidance is provided in a fully automated assistance mode, at least one speed control is provided in a partially automated assistance mode and no guidance of the motor vehicle is provided by the driver assistance device in a manual assistance mode. The first operating device (12) is designed to directly drive the motor vehicle by a driver of the motor vehicle, the second operating device (14) is designed to adjust the driving parameters for the partially automated assistance mode, and the third operating device (16) is designed to operate a user interface for the fully automated assistance mode. The method for operating a motor vehicle, which can be guided in a fully automated manner by means of a driver assistance device, thus comprises the step of activating an actuator by which a rotary position of a steering wheel (12) is adjusted as a function of a wheel steering angle currently set by the driver assistance device. |
