<p>This amplifying circuit is provided with: a first transistor (21), which converts input voltage signals (11) into current signals; and a second transistor (22), which converts the current signals into output voltage signals (12). In the amplifying circuit, a variable active inductor is configured by disposing resistors (41, 42) and a switch (51) between the gate and the drain of the second transistor (22), and then, a third transistor (23), which is connected in parallel to the first transistor (21), and draws a current, and a bias circuit (101), which separately controls a current flowing in the first transistor (21), and a current flowing in the third transistor (23), are also provided.</p> |
