PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing device capable of increasing the number of detection of airplanes to be continuously tracked by extracting and accumulating mode S addresses from all call responses.SOLUTION: A WAM system includes: plural receiving stations each of which receives and reads response signals transmitted from airplanes; and a processing device that calculates the positions of the airplanes on the basis of decrypted signals transmitted from each of the receiving stations. The processing device extracts mode S addresses from acquisition squitter signals and extended squitter signals each including a mode S address which is voluntarily transmitted from each of airplanes for identifying the airplane, and accumulates the same. The processing device includes: a registration and management unit (2) that previously registers a piece of identification information for identifying a radar site having a coverage area overlapping with a coverage area of the WAM system and manages the same; and extraction and accumulation units (5-8) that decrypts mode S butch response signals from the airplane responding to a mode S butch inquiry signal using a piece of identification information transmitted to every airplanes within the coverage area from the radar site, and extracts and accumulates the mode S addresses.
