PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture a light-emitting device that has an organic electroluminescent element and a feeding terminal, and that can improve the conduction reliability of the terminal by suppressing damage to the terminal and adhesion of foreign matters to the terminal at manufacturing the light-emitting device.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method includes the following steps of: forming a terminal 3 on a substrate 41; forming a first layer 51 included in a function layer 13 and a first protection layer 61 covering the terminal by the same material and the same method; and removing the first protection layer 61. |
