PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device which maintains a constant space between a lid and a piezoelectric element and prevents stray capacitance occurring between the lid and an excitation electrode of the piezoelectric element from fluctuating thereby maintaining a good oscillatory frequency of the piezoelectric element.SOLUTION: A piezoelectric device of this invention includes: a package 110 having a recessed part K formed by a substrate part 110a and a frame part 110b provided on the substrate part 110a; a piezoelectric element 120 disposed in the recessed part K of the package 110; a lid 130 placed on the frame part 110b so as to close the recessed part K; a frame like bank part 112 provided on the frame part 110b so as to enclose the lid 130 and be spaced away from the lid 130; and an insulative member 140 exposing a region enclosed by the frame part 110b in a plane view, from among an upper surface of the lid 130, and provided between the bank part 112 and the lid 130. |
