The device (D) has a searching unit (MR) for determining applications downloaded and used by a communication apparatus (EC) for a user based on a parameter via a communication network (R) without user intervention. A managing unit (MG) organizes the downloading of the determined applications in a storage unit (MS2) by the communication apparatus to suggest the application to the user. The managing unit controls installation of each suggested application selected by the user, so that the application is temporarily utilized. |
