摘要 A dielectric film is produced by applying a fluid solvent to a layer of nanoparticles and then polymerizing the solvent between the nanoparticles, or by disposing dielectric nanoparticles in a carrier fluid including a polymerizable substance, applying the resulting fluid to a substrate, and polymerizing a polymerizable substance between the nanoparticles so that the polymerizable substance solidifies to form the dielectric film including the solidified polymerizable substance and the nanoparticles between which the solidified polymerizable substance is disposed. A dielectric film can include nanoparticles and polymer material between at least some of the nanoparticles. The film can have a capacitance change of within 0%-7% over the range 20° C.-125° C. and a dielectric constant between 17.5 and 25 for the range 100 Hz-1 MHz.
