PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell that prevents stress on a membrane electrode assembly with a resin member provided therein and that favorably suppresses warpage or detachment of the membrane electrode assembly with a simple and economical configuration.SOLUTION: A fuel cell 10 includes a membrane electrode assembly 12 that has a resin body 24 integrated into first two ends thereof. The resin body 24 is made up of only a first resin member 24a and a second resin member 24b. The first resin member 24a is provided with an inlet buffer section 26a that is positioned between an inlet side of an oxidant gas passage 42 and an oxidant gas inlet communication hole 30a and that is laminated on a second separator 16. The second resin member 24b is provided with an outlet buffer section 26b that is positioned between an outlet side of the oxidant gas passage 42 and an oxidant gas outlet communication hole 30b and that is laminated on the second separator 16. |
