PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic giving skin translucency with no darkness or roughness and keeping the skin with freshness and good texture.SOLUTION: A cosmetic is prepared by blending following ingredients and adjusting pH to 4.0-5.5. The ingredients are: (A) a conchiolin hydrolyzate; (B) calcium; (C) collagen; (D) one or more kinds of anti-inflammatory agents; (E) one or more kinds of sebum secretion inhibitors; and (F) water. When menthol or at least one of derivatives thereof is blended, the cosmetic exhibits a more excellent effect. |
