PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to efficiently transmit/receive signals including control information between a base station device and a mobile station device.SOLUTION: A plurality of physical resource block pairs are configured as a control channel region being an area for which there is a possibility of arranging a control channel, a second element is formed from a resource dividing the resource block pair and a first element is formed from more than one second element. The control channel consists of more than one group of the first element and has a receiving part for receiving information including bit map representing a resource pair block for which there is a possibility of using as the control channel; and a control part for determining the first element to be ensured based on the bit map and a mapping rule for the ensured first element and the second element, and setting a search space using an informed bit map; and a receiving part for monitoring the set search space.
