PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bronchodilation composition stable in an aqueous solution thereof formulated as a liquid.SOLUTION: Provided is a pharmaceutical composition having formoterol or a derivative thereof in a pharmacologically acceptable fluid. The composition has a long-term storage stability and the fluid contains water; and the composition is prepared in a concentration suitable for direct administration to a subject having a need for the composition.
