PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for researching, determining or evaluating medicinal action, such as action to fibromyalgia of substance to be inspected, analgesia action or anti-stress action by performing expression proteome analysis of brain tissues after administering the substance to be inspected to a SART stress loading animal.SOLUTION: A substance and an anti-stress substance effective to fibromyalgia and painful diseases can be searched or the like by performing expression proteome analysis of how a change in protein expression occurring in the brain tissues of a SART stress loading animal is affected according to a substance to be inspected.
