This apparatus for producing composite particles for electrochemical element electrodes is characterized by being provided with: a supply unit which comprises one or more supply ports for supplying a starting material that constitutes the composite particles for electrochemical element electrodes; and a granulation unit for granulating the starting material supplied from the supply unit. This apparatus for producing composite particles for electrochemical element electrodes is also characterized in that the supply unit has a foreign substance removing means for removing particulate foreign substances contained in the starting material to be supplied from the supply unit.
