PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively utilize heat and light emitted by a light emitting element in a flexible circuit board for mounting the light emitting element.SOLUTION: A flexible circuit board includes: a base film 11a, 11b; a wiring pattern 12 formed on a surface of the base film 11a, 11b; a cover film 13a, 13b covering the base film 11a, 11b and the wiring pattern 12. At least one of the base film 11a, 11b and the cover film 13a, 13b has a base material 111, 131a made of a metal. The cover film 13a, 13b has the surface characteristic which causes light to be specularly reflected or irregularly reflected. Alternatively, a substantially white reflection film 16, 133 is provided on a surface of the cover film 13a, 13b. |
