PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric device that can implement IC elements for different output signals by means of a single IC element.SOLUTION: In a piezoelectric device, a plurality of IC element mounting pads include a first pad group and a second pad group, the plurality of IC element mounting pads of the first pad group each extend in a first direction, the plurality of IC element mounting pads of the second pad group are disposed in different positions with respect to the first direction and are also disposed in different positions with respect to the second direction perpendicular to the first direction, the IC element has a plurality of connecting terminals for outputting different signals, and a part of the plurality of connecting terminals is electrically connected to a part of the plurality of IC element mounting pads of the second pad group. |
