PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external preparation for ulcer healing-promotion capable of maintaining the promoting effect of granulation tissue formation by bFGF, further promoting epithelial tissue formation and healing a skin ulcer in a short term.SOLUTION: An external preparation for ulcer healing-promotion obtained by combining bFGF with pectin maintains the promotion effect of granulation tissue formation by bFGF, further promotes epithelial tissue formation, and heals a skin ulcer in a short term. More concretely, the external preparation for ulcer healing-promotion includes bFGF by 0.001 to 0.1 mass% and pectin by 10 to 30 mass%, and can heal a skin ulcer in a short term. |
