PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that communication cannot be performed using a bidirectional communication mode when a control part is in a low power consumption mode or in an inactive mode which is in an inoperative state, in a communication apparatus having the control part and a communication part.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus has: a first communication part which performs communication in a bidirectional communication mode for performing a bidirectional message communication with an opposite device and other mode in which access to a predetermined storage area is received from the opposite device; a control part which has an active mode of a first power consumption, a low power consumption mode in which power consumption is less than the first power consumption or an inactive mode of the inoperative state; and detection means for detecting that the control part is in the inactive mode. When a predetermined service is specified from the opposite device in performing the bidirectional communication mode with the opposite device under the condition that the control part is in the inactive mode, the first communication part performs communication of information in accordance with the specified predetermined service in the state where the control part is in the inactive mode. |
