PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchange ventilation device that prevents an outside air of fog and high humidity from being taken in, and also prevents ventilation from being unnecessarily stopped.SOLUTION: A heat exchange ventilation device forms an air supply passage for supplying an outside air into a room via a heat exchanger using an air supply fan, and an air exhaust passage for exhausting an indoor air outside the room via the heat exchanger using an air exhausting fan. The device includes: a fog entry determination means for determining presence of fog using a humidity sensor for detecting humidity of the outside air disposed in the air supply passage; and a stop period adjustment means for adjusting a time length of a stop period of an intermittent operation comprising a stop period of stopping the air supply fan and the air exhausting fan when the fog entry determination means detects generation of the fog, and a detection period of operating the air supply fan for a time length shorter than the stop period for detecting the humidity of the outside air after the stop period. |
