PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a display sheet capable of exerting excellent display characteristics, and a display device and an electronic apparatus having the display sheet.SOLUTION: A display sheet 21 includes a substrate 11; a substrate 12 arranged opposite to the substrate 11; a display layer 400 arranged between the substrate 11 and the substrate 12, and filled with fluid dispersion 100 obtained by dispersing white particles 51 and black particles 52 positively or negatively charged in a dispersion medium 7; a partition member 6 arranged in the display layer 400 and having a plurality of wall parts dividing the display layer 400 into a plurality of regions S in planar view of the display layer 400; and a plurality of reflection members 8 arranged in each of the plurality of regions S and each having a reflective surface oblique to a normal line of a surface on a display layer 400 side of the substrate 11. |
