PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a player to easily recognize which role one symbol is to achieve even while increasing the flexibility of the array of symbols disposed on a peripheral surface of a reel when one symbol is to have a plurality of roles.SOLUTION: On a peripheral surface of a reel, a specific symbol is arranged. The specific symbol is composed of a middle area having translucency, and an upper area and a lower area having low translucency, where translucency is lower compared to the middle area. Also, the middle area has normal identification information inside the area, and each of the upper area and the lower area has special identification information different from the normal identification information inside the respective areas. Then, the upper area and the lower area are formed in such a manner that: the special identification information becomes invisible from a player when light is not radiated to the upper area and the lower area by a back lamp provided on the inner surface of the reel; and the special identification information becomes visible from the player when the light is radiated thereto. |
