A sealing sheet for a solar cell, which has a resin layer (S) comprising a resin composition containing a polyolefin resin, said sealing sheet being characterized in that the storage modulus of the resin layer (S) at 25°C is 200 MPa or less, at least one surface of the resin layer (S) serves as a sheet surface of the sealing sheet, and the sheet surface fulfills the following requirements (a), (b) and (c): (a) the dynamic friction coefficient as measured on a white-plate-reinforced glass is 1.5 or less; (b) the surface roughness (Rzjis) is 0.1 to 50 mum; and (c) the static friction coefficient as measured on a white-plate-reinforced glass is 1.5 or less.
