[Problem] To provide a three-dimensional image projection device that reduces loss occurring in three-dimensional images of a subject. [Solution] A three-dimensional image projection device is provided with: a first reflection means configured to reflect, as parallel beams, light from virtual point light sources disposed at an individual first focal point; and a second reflection means configured to converge the parallel beams on an individual second focal point. The first and second reflection means are arranged so that the focal point of one of the reflection means matches the center point of the other reflection means. The first reflection means has a semitransparent region in at least a portion thereof, said semitransparent region reflecting a part of the light and allowing the other part to be transmitted. A three-dimensional image of the subject disposed on the inside of the first and the second reflection means is projected to the outside of the first projection means via the semitransparent region.
