PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To customize widget operation on a user device for intercommunication in a wireless communication environment.SOLUTION: A method for dynamically exchanging a content between application graphical user interface widgets 104 executed on widget runtime models 106, 114 of a computing platform on a user device comprises: selecting a platform independent graphical user interface widget defined to provide an outbound content to another widget; selecting a platform independent graphical user interface widget defined to receive an inbound content from another widget; receiving a user input to link the outbound widget to the inbound widget; and registering the link within the widget runtime model for relaying the content. |
