PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colloidal catalyst system simultaneously attaining bath stability, adsorption ability, and the balance of catalytic activity.SOLUTION: A solution containing noble metal ions and a polymer having a carboxyl group and a nitrogen atom is prepared, and a reducing agent is added to the solution while stirring the solution, and thus, a catalyst solution containing the polymer having the carboxyl group and the nitrogen atom and noble metal nanoparticles is produced. This invention is useful for electroless plating metal on a non-conductive surface without an acceleration process. |
