PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laparoscope diagnostic apparatus capable of easily and rapidly predetermining the position of the sentinel lymph node and a method for inspecting the sentinel lymph node.SOLUTION: A laparoscope diagnostic apparatus 1 independently includes: a laparoscope 10 for imaging having a wave guide path for white illumination for irradiating an observation range P with white illumination light 3 and having a wave guide path for receiving reflective light 4 reflected at its observation range P and guiding it to an imaging part 90; and a laparoscope 20 for excitation having an excitation waveguide for radiating excitation light 5 excitating fluorescence material within the observation range P, and a light receiving waveguide receiving fluorescent light 6 emitted from a fluorescent substance present in the observation range P by means of the excitation light 5 and guiding the received fluorescent light 6 to fluorescent spectroscopy measurement 80, and in the laparoscope 10, a waveguide for white illumination is connected with a light source 50 for the white illumination, and the waveguide for imaging is connected with the imaging part 90, and the laparoscope 20 for excitation is connected with the light source 70 for excitation, and the light receiving waveguide is connected with the fluorescent spectroscopy measurement 80 to solve a problem. |
