PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a satin finish method by an electron beam by which a process of satin finish can be stably carried out by preventing the occurrence of uneven finish, and a time for satin finish is reduced irrespective of the size of a finishing area of an object to be satin-finished.SOLUTION: A satin finish method includes: an electron beam irradiation target point determination step (ST102) for determining, based on shape data of an object to be satin-finished, a plurality of beam irradiation target points arranged on a surface of the object to be satin-finished at predetermined intervals in order of electron beam irradiation; an electron beam irradiation condition setting step (ST103-ST105) for setting a current value of an electron beam, a current value of convergent lens, and a current value of a deflection coil; and an electron beam irradiation step (ST106-ST110) for irradiating each of the electron beam irradiation target points with pulsed electron beam while moving the irradiation position of electron beam according to the irradiation order to each of the irradiation target points based on a predetermined cycle. |
