PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress careless displacement of displacement means coupled to a rotation base.SOLUTION: A rotation supporting means 10 is constituted by having a rotation base 12 arranged so as to be able to wind an elongate body BL by rotating around a base axis 12A as a rotational center, displacement means 15 whose one ends 15A are rotatably coupled to the rotation base 12 side and whose other ends 15B is arranged so as to be able to displace in a direction spacing apart and coming closer to the base axis 12A, a distance changing means 16 arranged movable in the extending out direction of the base axis 12A and capable of adjusting the distance of the other ends 15B and the base axis 12A with the other ends 15B of the displacement means 15 coming into contact with the same. The distance changing means 16 has movement regulating means 43 into which the other ends of the displacement means 15 can fit. The movement of the distance changing means 16 and the displacement of the displacement means 15 become hard when the other ends 15B of the displacement means 15 fit into the movement regulating means 43. |
