PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove ozone with a simple structure.SOLUTION: A process unit 6 includes a photoreceptor side housing (a process side housing 8) storing a photoreceptor (a photoreceptor drum 61) and a charging wire 62. A fixing unit 7 is arranged above the process unit 6 and includes a fixing housing 9 for storing a heating member (a heating roller 71). A conveyance path A1 extending from the process unit 6 to the fixing unit 7 is formed along a substantially vertical direction. In the photoreceptor side housing, an opening 86A for wire for exposing the charging wire 62, a passage A2 extending from the opening 86A for wire to the conveyance path A1 and a wall part 89 extending from the opening 86A for wire to an outlet 85 of the passage A2 are formed.
