PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic heteropolymer having high carrier mobility and high solubility to an organic solvent in spite of high molecular weight and useful for forming an organic semiconductor.SOLUTION: An organic heteropolymer for an organic semiconductor has a repeating unit expressed by formula (1) or formula (2) (in the formula, M expresses a hetero atom selected from the elements of group 14-16 in the periodic table and having valency of 3-6; Rexpresses an alkyl group or an aryl group; Rexpresses an alkyl group, an aryl group, or an univalent or bivalent hetero atom selected from the elements of group 16 and group 11 in the periodic table or a metal atom having formed a complex with a ligand; each of m1 and m2 expresses 0 or 1; the total of m1 and m2 is 1 or 2; each of Rand Rexpresses hydrogen atom, halogen atom or a formula -Z-R(Z expresses an element of group 16 in the periodic table; Rexpresses an aryl group or a hetero aryl group); a ring Arexpresses an aromatic ring; Rexpresses alkoxy group and (p) is an integer of 0 or 1-3). |
